BetRivers Poker is scheduled to introduce Mystery Bounty tournaments in West Virginia on Tuesday, Oct. 27, adding another tournament format for players in the state.
According to Pokerfuse’s Oct. 26 report, the rollout also includes Pennsylvania, Michigan and Delaware. The launch coincides with BetRivers Poker’s second-anniversary promotions, which run through Nov. 1.
Mystery Bounties join the tournament lineup
BetRivers will offer Mystery Bounty tournaments alongside its existing Progressive Knockouts. The reported structure allocates approximately half of each entry fee to the regular prize pool and half to bounties.
The format is planned for every buy-in level, although the report does not list specific entry prices or individual tournament start times. The launch also includes animations, sound effects and visual cues intended to help players follow the format.
Pokerfuse reports that BetRivers will become the third regulated US online poker operator to offer Mystery Bounty tournaments, following WSOP Online and PokerStars on FanDuel.
Anniversary ticket promotions have eligibility limits
The anniversary schedule includes Global Ticket Drop, Super Splash, Run It Back and Main Event Added Prizes.
Global Ticket Drop is limited to players who had played at least one real-money poker hand by Oct. 25. Eligible players are scheduled to receive a Sit & Go ticket on Oct. 27 and a multi-table tournament ticket on Friday, Oct. 30. That qualification deadline has already passed.
Super Splash runs daily from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. ET at two stakes. Run It Back places second-place finishers in Classic and Cub3d Sit & Go tournaments into a daily draw, with more than $900 in Sit & Go tickets awarded each day during anniversary week.
Added tournament prizes run through Nov. 1
From Oct. 26 through Oct. 31, satellites to the Mini Main and Main Event have two additional seats added to their usual payouts. On Nov. 1, BetRivers is scheduled to add $222 to the Mini Main prize pool and $2,222 to the Main Event prize pool.
The report does not provide a detailed Mystery Bounty schedule or identify future tournament series that will feature the format. Players should check the tournament lobby and applicable terms for event-specific details. Gambling should remain within personal time and spending limits.
