Sports-betting content provider SportsGrid is up for sale and has been pitched to prospective buyers since summer, according to Front Office Sports. Investment bank Telos Advisers is leading the process, with a sports betting or online gaming operator considered the likely buyer.

One source told the publication that a buyer may already have been identified. The report did not name a buyer or provide a valuation, agreed purchase price or closing timeline. No West Virginia-specific change was reported.

SportsGrid’s Network and Website Are Part of Its Media Business

SportsGrid operates a 24-hour gaming and lifestyle network available on LG, Vizio and Samsung televisions. Its distribution also includes platforms such as Roku, Amazon Prime Video and YouTube TV, according to the report.

The company’s website publishes daily written news and analysis covering sports, gambling and prediction markets.

SportsGrid is privately held and has not historically disclosed its financial figures or outside investors. Front Office Sports cited Inc. as reporting that the company generated $20 million in revenue in 2022.

According to Front Office Sports, Telos bankers told prospective suitors that revenue has declined since 2022, but presented media licensing and sales deals as a route to recovery and growth. That outlook is part of the sale pitch, rather than a confirmed financial outcome.

FanDuel and BetMGM Partnerships Have Ended

SportsGrid’s partnership with FanDuel began in 2020 and ended in mid-2025, according to the report. SportsGrid also partnered with BetMGM and extended that relationship in 2022, but BetMGM did not renew it in 2024.

The company has worked with golf personality Paige Spiranac and sports broadcaster Craig Carton as partners or content figures.

The report does not establish why the operator partnerships ended or tie those departures to the revenue decline. It also leaves open whether other partner agreements remain in place.

A buyer’s identity, transaction terms and any announced changes to SportsGrid’s programming or distribution remain unresolved. The reported sale process does not establish any change to sportsbook access or services for West Virginia players.
