Fanatics has launched a unified Fanatics Sports & Casino app that combines its sportsbook, online casino and prediction markets under one login. For West Virginia users, the clearest local tie is that Fanatics Casino remains one of the products available in the state.

According to ATS.io, the new app went live Sept. 2 and uses a customer’s physical location to determine which products appear. Fanatics said existing customers can access the new setup through an app update while keeping their account details, funds, FanCash balance and Fanatics ONE status.

One app, with product access changing by location

The combined app brings together Fanatics Sportsbook, Fanatics Casino and Fanatics Markets. Customers use one Fanatics account and one FanCash balance across eligible products.

The source reported that Fanatics Sportsbook is available in 23 states plus Washington, D.C., while Fanatics Casino is available in four states: Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Markets, the company’s prediction-markets product, is available in 22 states plus American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

That means product access can vary depending on where a customer is physically located. The article cited California, Texas and Florida as examples of places where Fanatics Markets is available but Fanatics Sportsbook is not, and New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio as examples where Fanatics Sportsbook is available but Fanatics Markets currently is not.

What stands out for West Virginia readers

For West Virginia, the reported change is primarily about access through a single app rather than a newly announced market launch. The source did not report any West Virginia-specific regulatory action or a separate product expansion in the state, but it did explicitly list West Virginia among the four states where Fanatics Casino is available.

Fanatics Markets launched in December 2025, and ATS.io reported that it added limit orders on Sept. 1. The source also said Morton St. Trading Investments LLC, doing business as Fanatics Markets, is registered with the CFTC as a futures commission merchant and is a member of the NFA, with current contracts offered through Crypto.com Derivatives North America.

Sports event contracts remain the subject of legal and regulatory disputes in several states, so availability and oversight remain an important part of the broader story.

West Virginia players using Fanatics should watch for any future changes to which products are available in-state through the app. As with any gambling product, users should play responsibly and be aware that features can vary by location.
