Reflex Gaming is making its US debut with a slot game available on WV casinos.

Reflex Gaming, a well-established online casino and gaming machine provider from the UK, is making its American debut with a new game at West Virginia online casinos.

The company partnered with ODDSworks, an essential player in North America’s gaming jurisdictions, to facilitate this milestone launch. The partnership will allow Reflex’s new games to utilize ODDSworks’ state-of-the-art remote game server, BETguard.

Reflex hopes to make a splash in US gaming industry

Founded in 2004 in England, Reflex Gaming gradually rose to prominence and was listed as one of the UK’s 100 fastest-growing tech companies by the Sunday Times in 2015. In 2019, gaming machine provider Dransfields acquired the company, further boosting its status.

With a catalog of 19 online slot titles and 21 land-based slots, Reflex Gaming has been a force in the European gaming industry. Reflex announced its partnership with ODDSworks in early 2022, hoping to make a name for itself in the growing, but complex US market.

Larry DeMar, President at ODDSworks, remarked, “Reflex Gaming has made a notable name for itself in the European gaming industry. It brings us immense joy to introduce their gaming content to our players in the United States.”

‘The Legend of Ching Shih’ kicks off US venture at WV online casinos

The newly released game, titled “The Legend of Ching Shih,” is inspired by the legendary Pirate Queen, Ching Shih. West Virginia and Michigan will be the first states to offer the game at their online casinos.

Gameplay leads players into an exciting world of sea voyages, treasure hunts and opportunities for significant wins. The game’s unique features, including a Free Spins bonus with increasing win multiplier and Super Reels, make for an engaging experience.

Players can further enhance their prospects with Bonus Boost, doubling their current bet and increasing their chances of triggering free spins. Stacked wild symbols can align for massive payouts, adding to the game’s appeal.

In a news release, Reflex Gaming’s Chief Product Officer, Mat Ingram, expressed excitement about the venture and acknowledged ODDSworks’ vital role in navigating the regulatory landscape.

“We’re thrilled to introduce ‘The Legend of Ching Shih’ as our first slot game in the US. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner than ODDSworks to make this journey possible. There have been a lot of hurdles to jump through to ensure compliance in these states.”

Reflex Gaming enters competitive markets at Michigan and West Virginia Casinos

In West Virginia and Michigan, “The Legend of Ching Shih” will compete with hundreds of online games. Though smaller in market size than Michigan, WV still offers opportunities, with its online casinos having racked up $139 million in revenue for the Fiscal Year 2022/2023.

Michigan’s online casinos generated even more, with $151 million in gross revenue in June.

Success in both states is crucial for Reflex Gaming’s future plans to expand its offerings to other states, including Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The partnership with ODDSworks and the entry into the US marks a pivotal step for the company in achieving its ambitions in the highly competitive online casino arena.
