Who says sequels aren’t as good as the original? By indications, Chaos Crew II is likely even better than the first game in the series. The new title from Hacksaw Gaming will be available in West Virginia from both BetRivers and DraftKings starting Sept. 28.

Chaos Crew II is a slot-style game rated with high volatility, which means you can win often playing this exciting title from Hacksaw’s content creators out of Malta.

The West Virginia online casino market is competitive, which is a great situation for consumers. That’s because each online casino operator is under pressure to consistently provide great games. Chaos Crew II is in that class, and is bound to be a popular online slot game with bettors in the state.

How to play ‘Chaos Crew II’ at online casinos West Virginia

The first thing you notice when launching Chaos Crew II are the street-art style graphics of the game. This is not a slot game intended for your father: it’s a colorful, edgy game with an attitude.

It feels like you’re playing something that isn’t even available to the public yet, like you’ve discovered an iconic band before the rest of the world has heard them.

  • The game features a 25-square grid (5×5) with 19 fixed paylines. The listed RTP value for Chaos Crew II is 96.27%. That means it’s a high-volatility online slots game.
  • Players can win more when the cranky cat icon shows up (as much as 20x). There’s also the “Epic Drop,” a random event that can result in 5x winnings.
  • Land three scatter symbols to win a bonus game.
  • If you get multiplier symbols, they increase reel multipliers by the listed amount.
  • Sketchy cat can earn as much as 100x value.

Take note of these winning events within the game:

  • Sketchy skull – adds value of the reel multiplier directly above it in the grid
  • Sticky sketchy skull – adds value to the reel from (above) on every subsequent spin
  • Epic sketchy skull – reel multipliers value
  • Sticky epic sketchy skull – this one locks to the grid, and like sketchy skull, adds value of the reel multiplier directly above it in the grid. But, it also tacks on value multipliers for each subsequent spin.
  • Cranky cat – x times the reel multiplier above it
  • Sticky cranky cat – locks to the 5×5 grid for the next x spins
  • Epic cranky cat – multiply reel multipliers to the value shown on the screen
  • Sticky epic cranky cat – if this comes up, all reel multipliers get boosted value for the next x spins

Hacksaw Gaming inked deals with BetRivers, DraftKings WV Casino

In the crowded market of slots games for online casino mobile apps, Hacksaw Gaming has earned a reputation for devising products that have mass appeal.

Among the top titles from Hacksaw Gaming are:

  • Wanted Dead or a Wild
  • Stack ‘Em
  • The Bowery Boys
  • Joker Bombs
  • Cubes

Recently, Hacksaw Gaming entered into a licensed content distribution agreement with DraftKings Casino WV. As part of the partnership, Hand of Anubis, Hop’N’Pop and Outlaws Inc., have been added to the DraftKings app.

BetRivers Casino WV will also be adding Hacksaw titles to its WV online casino app, via the Light & Wonder distribution channel. This deal was actually the first entry for Hacksaw into the US gaming market.

West Virginia online casino revenue plummeted in August

In August, West Virginia online casinos reported $11.6 million in revenue, the second-lowest figure for a month this year. The lowest came in July, and it’s probably an indicator that warm summer weather kept people busy doing other things than playing slots on their mobile devices.

We don’t have the revenue figures for each online casino in West Virginia. The state releases the numbers grouped together by the partner license holder.

DraftKings online casino operates under a license agreement with Hollywood Casino at Charles Town. In August, three online casinos teaming with Hollywood posted $4.4 million in revenue.

BetRivers (working under the Mountaineer Casino Resort in Hancock County), was one of two online casinos that produced $1.8 million in revenue last month.

Perhaps the addition of new gaming content will benefit these WV online casino operators going forward.
